By using Bedtime Stories ("the app") you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The service

The app generates original bedtime stories and illustrations using AI, on demand. Stories are created automatically and are meant for gentle, family-friendly entertainment.

AI-generated content

Stories and images are produced by an AI model and are provided "as is". While the app is tuned for calm, child-appropriate content and includes automated safeguards, AI output can occasionally be unexpected. We recommend parents preview or read along, and use the Report this story button to flag anything inappropriate — reports are reviewed.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to attempt to generate harmful, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content, and don't abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Subscriptions

Some features may require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store. If you subscribe:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown in the app.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Current pricing and subscription length are shown in the app before you purchase.

If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

No warranty

The app is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
